BOSTON, Sept 16 (Reuters) – Massachusetts lawmakers could narrowly pass a bill this week to name an interim senator to replace the late Edward Kennedy and temporarily fill a key Democratic Senate seat as President Barack Obama’s healthcare bill looms.
